We offer several approaches to coaching that can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
You will meet regularly with your coach for one-hour sessions, with opportunities to touch base in-between. You and your coach will work together to gain an understanding of your long-term goals, where you are now, and how you can work to gain the skills and abilities to meet those goals.
We’re available to discuss your needs and share details about coaching with a Strategic Planning Session. These complementary sessions are confidential, and typically about 30 minutes long.
