The COACH and CLIENT work together to develop a Coaching Package.

Coaching is typically conducted in-person (face-to-face), by phone or video conference.  Meetings are generally 60 minutes sessions; with the possibility of phone calls in-between.  

The coach may also be available for an Intensive Coaching Session, per the client’s request.  Additional investments may be assessed, on a prorated basis rate, for 360-degree assessments, reviewing documents, reading or writing reports, engaging in other client related services outside of coaching hours, etc.

An additional charge may be assessed for calls made during weekends or Holidays.

Payments are due the first of the month.

The coaching meetings and/or location will be determined by the coach and the client based on a mutually agreed upon time.

The client will initiate all scheduled calls and will call the coach for all scheduled meetings.

If the coach will be at a different number for a scheduled call, the client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.

The coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the Center for Credentialing and Education Code of Ethics.
