What is coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client, both individuals and teams.  The coach provides a safe, supportive space for reflection and growth, facilitating self-directed learning and behavior change.  Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling – coaching is for individuals who want to make changes and move forward in their lives.
